Our team from the Enterprise Europe Network Thuringia (EEN) offers you a comprehensive innovation assessment with the proven IMP³rove tool as well as customised coaching - free of charge and supported by the European Commission.

IMP³rove is a Europe-wide recognised tool for analysing and optimising innovation management in companies. Developed in co-operation with A.T. Kearney, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and other experts, it enables you to put your innovation processes to the test and improve them in a targeted manner.

How the innovation assessment works:
Our service is efficient and uncomplicated - carried out by experienced innovation experts from EEN Thuringia:
Preliminary discussion: clarification of important terms and key figures (approx. 2 hours).
Assessment workshop: Half-day analysis of your innovation processes together with the management and executive level.
Presentation of results & catalogue of measures: Presentation of the results and development of a customised action plan (approx. 2 hours).

Sustainability assessment
